Borussia Dortmund Troll Manchester United With Cheeky Jadon Sancho Post on Twitter

German club Borussia Dortmund has investigated the ongoing transfer saga involving English striker Jadon Sancho and Premier League giants Manchester United. Dortmund sporting director Michael Zorc has said no to any chance that Sancho will leave them at least for next season.

And with Sancho flying to Switzerland for a preseason camp with the Dortmund team, the club posted a cheeky caption alongside the Englishman’s picture, writing “You love to watch him.”

There were plenty of responses to the tweet along the expected lines with delighted Dortmund fans pulling the Mickey out of United fans.

Dortmund values the England winger at £ 108m and remains the bone of contention with United, who feel that due to the financial crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic, the valuation is “unrealistic”.

“We plan to have Jadon Sancho in our team this season, the decision is final. I think that answers all of our questions, ”Zorc told reporters on Monday. “Last summer, we adjusted Jadon’s salary to match his performance. So in context, we had already extended his contract to 2023 back then. ”

Sancho was recently photographed partying in the UK last weekend, but Zorc is fine with it. “It is common and okay for players to go home before training camp if they are not risky. The same goes for Jadon (Sancho). From our point of view, the images they have shown us so far do not violate”, said.

Meanwhile, United reached the Europa League semi-finals with a 1-0 win over Copenhagen on Monday night. His January signing, Bruno Fernandes, converted a penalty in extra time, becoming the season’s top scorer.
